Acknowledgements

In no particular order, below are the people/persons that i would like to thank who, over the years, in some way shape or form have touched my life and supported me in not only my motor racing, but my life!

My Dad

What can i say?......without my Dad none of this would be possible. He has been there with me from day one, I can remember only a few races that he has not attended due to being abroad with his own racing. My Dad has watched me grow from a boy to a man and, especially over the last 2 years, the faith that he has always had in me has finally come through and now I truly believe in myself . I want to win this championship as much for my Dad as I do for myself so I can give back something for all the years he has put into my racing, and for putting up with me for being a pain in the ass at times!

Thankyou Dad for believing in me and being by my side when my dream of winning the championship will finally come true.......

My Mum

Although my Mum doesnt attend many of my races, I know that she has always been there supporting me, not only with my racing but in everything I have acheived in my life. It's this type of love and support that has made me who I am today and I want to thank you Mum for always being there for me, I couldnt have done it without you.......and please come and watch me race again one day, it's really not that scary!

My Daughter

My Daugther Summer Olivia, who at only 11 years old is way beyond her years in terms of maturity.Summer is always there by my side as my support. She manages to keep me grounded and calm, she always comes dressed in the Kemp Motorsport Teamwear and cheers me on from the sideline!

Summer you are my world and your support means so much to me. You are growing up so fast it's scary, but you will always be my "little girl". I love you more than words can say. Please carry on being the sweet caring Daugther you are, and please please.......Dont bring any boys home!!!!

My Sister

As with my mum, my sister doesn't attend many races, but I know that she wants the best for me and for me to do well in not only my racing, but also in my life. Michelle you have been through so much this year yet you have still come out the other side smiling..... Please carry on smiling, you deserve so much happiness in your life and I know that one day you will have it, Thankyou for being the best sister a brother could ask for!

Aryton Senna

Without a doubt for me personally the greatest racing driver that's ever lived! Watching Senna as I grew up made me want to get behind the wheel and race as fast as I could. Having watched several DVD's on Senna's life away from the racing track he is just such an inspiration on how to live your life. How much he has given away as part of the Ayrton Senna foundation is just amazing......... I will always carry the Senna "S" on my crash helmet. Senna, without a doubt, is my racing hero......Rest in peace Senna.

Jamie and Sarah Jakins

I raced against Jamie many years ago in the good old MSA days. We lost contact as I stopped racing but Jamie carried on and went on to be a very succesfull kart driver. Jamie now races in Club100 and at the start of 2008 I bumped into him, only this time he had a wife and 2 children by his side. Quite ironically he has 1 daughter by the name of Summer, and the other called Olivia. Combained they have the same name as my daughter!

Since then I have become good friends with not only Jamie but his long suffering wife Sarah. They have welcomed me into thier home on many occasions for the odd BBQ here and there, but more than that they have become very good friends and are both very supportive when things havn't gone so well for me away from the track. Thank you guys - your friendship means a lot to me!

Paul Blumire and Sam Garford

I also meet Paul and Sam at the start of 2008 as a friends of Jamie's and since then I have spent many a race weekend in thier company. Sam likes a drink or two and Paul is also known to be tempted to have a beer. He also likes to strut his stuff on the dance floor; Clay Pigeon last year (2008) will stick in my mind for a very long time!

Thanks for all your help and advise over the last 2 years guys, its very much appreciated!

Eddie Hall

Eddie "The Legend" Hall is truly a legend in his own right! Eddie has many years experince racing with Club100 and is a very popular driver around the paddock. He also doubles up as quite a cool room mate when racing in Spa in May of this year. Eddie is truly a nice guy and although we are racing in the same championship and are effectivly rivals, we have also become good mates. If he is lucky I may even let him win a race this year!.....Eddie you are a top man!

My mates

To all of my mates have shown me support over the years and actually dragged themselves out of bed on a sunday morning to come and watch me race.....I thankyou!

All the guys at Club100

The guys at Club100 do such a fantastic job, they are always willing to help and maintain the Karts to a very high standard, weather it be here in the UK or when we race in Europe they are always in good spirits....Well done guys keep up the good work :-)

Anybody I havn't mentioned

Too anybody I've failed to mention, it is not intentional..........I would like to thank you......your friendship and support means the world!
